I’ve been going to Main Dental for a little over a year, and have had an amazing experience! I’ve seen Dr. Chang and Dr. Remer for my Invisalign, and having had braces twice before, they are definitely the kindest and most encouraging dentists I’ve met! They’re willing to answer any questions or concerns you might have. The hygienists are very supportive, and do great cleanings. I’ve had to reschedule a couple of appointments, and the front desk staff are also very helpful. Beautiful office too. Highly recommend, and thank you for the great care!

Absolutely love Main Dental! Been going here the past two years for regular appointments and started Invisalign with them earlier this year. Always judgement-free and they make comfort a priority. Invisalign process has been smooth thus far and prices are about average. They’re taking their time with the adjustments by having me wear each aligner for two weeks instead of one, which I appreciate. Having had braces three times before, I know how moving too fast can lead to bad results. Their front desk staff is lovely as well and always willing to help me with billing documentation I need for my FSA. Highly recommend this place, especially if dental work gives you anxiety.

The newly renovated office looks fantastic. The staff is so kind and welcoming. I’m always impressed by how clean my teeth feel after a cleaning with Kellie. Dr. Remer-Chang and Dr. Chang are excellent. They take the time to explain what they’re doing and talk through possible treatment options. I was very happy with my experience getting Invisalign through their office.

Dr. Chang and team are fantastic! Very thorough cleanings by the hygienists, and Dr. Chang takes time during his exams to discuss any findings and answer questions. From standard dental care to aligners and dental implants, this is very much a comprehensive practice. The office, which is conveniently located in downtown Northville (with plenty of parking), was recently remodeled as well.

We have been with Main Dental for many years and now that my son is doing his Invisalign with them, it is even more kudos to them! We are happy with process, their care, and determination to make it perfect for what he wants. Our dental exams and cleanings are smooth and emergencies have been granted a few times we needed them! Absolutely recommend them!
